I'm also sitting here wondering where the episode is; as sgflaherty said the eps for AMC are usually available first thing Monday morning. All iTunes has is the stupid featurette. I'm rather annoyed to have gotten an e-mail saying a new episode was available when it was just the useless extra for an episode I can't even watch (when I already had to pay for the "6th" season when it's actually the second half of the 5th...).

For example, the series Better Call Saul presented Odenkirk as Jimmy McGill, a low-rent lawyer who would take several seasons to adopt the persona of Saul Goodman. But the seeds were laid in the Breaking Bad episode where Odenkirk's character meets Walter and admits that he assumed the Jewish-sounding name because he thought it would be good for business.
